The Marlboro Basketball Assocoation is going Green!  As a Green Team member and a responsible township we want to promote the use of re-useable water bottles and discourage disposable containers at all opportunities.

URGENT MESSAGE TO PARENTS -- PLEASE READ : During games and practices, all children in attendance , including siblings of players and friends , MUST remain in the gym and may not play in or roam the hallways of the schools. The schools have asked us to reiterate this to all of the parents and players in our program. Your adherence to this policy and cooperation is critical to our program's ability to continue to use the school gymnasiums. Please also deposit all garbage , including water bottles, coffee cups and newspapers , in the garbage on your way out of the schools. Thank you.  The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Marlboro Basketball Association generally  meets monthly at the Rec Center. Meetings are announced on the website.  Any visitor who would like the opportunity to address the Board at a regularly scheduled Board meeting, should email the Board prior to that meeting . Please include your name , telephone number and the subject matter that you would like to address.

Marlboro Basketball Association

Marlboro Township (Monmouth County, New Jersey) runs both a Recreational and a Travel Basketball program for both boys and girls from 3rd grade on through 12th grade. The main emphasis of the program is to stress sportsmanship (for both players and parents) while at the same time allowing competition and enhancing both basketball and team skills. To this end we require signed codes of conduct from both parents and players.

The recreational basketball league tries to ensure that each child is allowed to play regardless of skill level.
